My Baby Sister's a Reaper(Mi hermanita es una parca) is an American/Spanish spin off animated television series created by Jorge R.Gutierrez(creator of Angel of Death).The series takes place in a Hispanic Religious city called Santo Juan. Manny is a cheerful boy who accidentally sold Reina's baby sister, Nikki's soul to the devil, at night,Nikki finds out that her red ribbon turns her into a supernatural cat like being, causing her pink cat hat to turns into devil red, while Reina is a smart girl who helps Manny save Santo Juan from fallen angels. The music is composed by Shawn Patterson.The series that premired on June,7,2014 on nickelodeon.

- Manny Maladero (voiced by Alanna Ubach) - The main protagonist of the series.He is a cheerful boy who accidentally solds Reina's baby sister's soul to the devil.in Manuela it is revealed that his full name is Manuela because his parents wanted a girl.
- Reina Ramierez (voiced by Grey DeLisle) - A 12 year old girl who is one of Manny's classmates. She is also Manny's partner and best friend. Skilled in various fighting styles and use of firearms, is short tempered,smart and calm.
- Nikki Ramierez (voiced by Tara Strong) -Nikki is Reina's sister. Her first word is "kitty" and her second "Manny" in the episode What's up Nikki. She is very attached to Manny, and will cry something bad things happen to Manny.
- Rico Morenos (voiced by John DiMaggio) - A tough and strict but good-natured boy who is one of Manny's classmates. In "Eternal Affairs," it's revealed that his real name is Rico Herbert Morenos.
- Kitty Sanchez (voiced by Nika Futterman) - A blogger who is one of Manny's classmates. She has a crush on Manny and compete againist her rival, Sonia Morenos, Rico Morenos' older sister for Manny's attention.

- Sergio - (voiced by Eric Bauza) - An evil demon and leader of the devils, Sergio serves as the one the three main villains and the main antagonist of the series. Ironically, despite being a demon, he is afraid of Reina Suarez. Like his archnemesis Manny Maladero, he is hyperactive, immature, and airheaded. However, unlike Manny, he doesn't show intellectual potential.
- Lacey (voiced by Grey DeLisle) - A human that is Sergio's lackey,she is sarcastic,cyinical and smart.
- Ollie - (voiced by Jeff Bennett) - A sensible and smart British demon, Ollie is Sergio's voice of reason, whom he often ignores.
- Carlos (voiced by John DiMaggio) - An demon with a stereotypical Mexican accent. He's the only one who seems to take villainy seriously. In "Angel Dish", he kept trying to convince Sergio to use the invisibility helmet for more evil deed than sneaking into the movies.
- Pedro Mali(voiced by John DiMaggio) - A pit bull DEVIL agent, he is often seen with a black torn shirt with a skull on it.
- De Cuero de Peluche(voiced by Eric Bauza) - A leather clad bear DEVIL agent.
- El Topo(voiced by Eric Bauza) - A mole agent.
- Sonia Morenos(voiced by Candi Milo)-A spoiled 15 year old girl who is Rico's bratty sister.
- Tobey(voiced by Eric Bauza)-son of Koschei and Manny's rival.

- Roxxi and Phoebe Lucifer(voiced by Candi Milo and Mia Talerico) - Roxxi and Phoebe are sisters who dress up as cheerleaders and cheat in events by eliminating and kidnapping the winner/s.Roxxi is the smart and evil of the Lucifer sisters , while Phoebe is cheerful,sunny and always singing along.
- Koschei(voiced by Carlos Alazraqui)-a devil who let Manny solds Nikki Ramierez' soul,Reina finds out that Nikki cries and cause her family member's spirits punish Koschei and sent him back to Limbo,when Reina was 4.He is Tobey Dj and Catrina's father and Reina's rival.
- Dj and Catrina(voiced by Alanna Ubach and Grey DeLisle) - the spolied twin siblings who resemble Manny Maladero and Reina Ramierez and Tobey's older brother and sister.
- Katty Sanchez (voiced by Grey DeLisle) - An evil spolit rich popular girl who is Kitty's older sister.
